Beta Terms & Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to the private beta of Octane Boulevard (“OB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or receiving beta access, you (“you,” “user,” “member”) agree to the following Beta Terms and Privacy Policy (collectively, “Agreement”). This Agreement governs your use of the OB websites, sub-domains (including Garage and Squad Collective), mobile experiences, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) during the beta period.
Important: These documents are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Review them with qualified counsel before relying on them.
2. Beta Participation Terms
2.1 Purpose
The Service is in pre-launch testing. Features are experimental, may change without notice, and may be removed, interrupted, or produce errors.
2.2 Eligibility
You are at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction).
You have authority to list vehicles or services you submit.
OB may approve, wait-list, or deny beta requests at its sole discretion.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Post inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful listings.
Violate any motor-vehicle, consumer-protection, privacy, or export laws.
Infringe third-party intellectual-property rights.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
Use the Service to facilitate money laundering or other illegal activity.
2.4 User Content & License
You retain ownership of photos, descriptions, and other content you upload (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant OB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
2.5 Feedback
You may submit bug reports, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”). OB may use Feedback without restriction or compensation.
2.6 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OB disclaims all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). OB’s total liability arising out of or related to the beta will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us (whichever is less).
2.7 Termination
OB may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Sections 2.4–2.6 and 6 survive termination.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Information We Collect

3.2 How We Use Data
Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
Vet beta applicants and allocate access
Send transactional and promotional emails (opt-out anytime)
Enforce terms, prevent fraud, comply with legal requests
3.3 Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:
Service Providers (hosting, analytics, payment, email) under confidentiality agreements
Other Users when you interact (e.g., when a buyer inquires on your listing)
Law Enforcement or regulators where required by law
3.4 International Transfers
OB is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to transferring and processing your data in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws.
3.5 Security
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular audits. No system is 100 % secure; use the Service at your own risk.
3.6 Retention
We keep data as long as needed for legitimate business purposes or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
3.7 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to processing. Email privacy@octaneblvd.com to exercise these rights. We will verify your identity before responding.
3.8 Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or equivalent minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
4. Modifications
We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
